General Information:

 

​All fees will be payable on registration.  PlayHQ now has an option to pay via PayPal which allows for payments to be split into 4 equal payments.  Returning members who are facing challenges with paying within the registration period are invited to contact the Club to discuss - registrar@panthersbasketball.com.au.

The 2025/26 Panthers season fee is $20 for seniors and $32 for juniors.  When you register you will also be charged the Basketball WA and Basketball Australia annual fees (if they are due during the summer season) and the HRBA season fee.

In addition to registration fees, players will pay a weekly game fee set by HRBA.  This fee is set as a team fee per game, so the individual cost will depend on the number of players on a team.

Game days are determined by HRBA prior to the start of each season informed by expected team numbers in each grade.​​

Panthers will coordinate a Club training day at the Mundaring Hard Courts on Monday's for the duration of the summer season with a break over the summer holiday break.

TEAMS
For the summer season junior members are welcome to send through preferred team lists via email to registrar@panthersbasketball.com.au but please note that teams are determined by the Panthers Management Committee in line with competition requirements and Club policy.   Senior teams are requested to email their preferred team lists when they register.  Currently Panthers policy for the winter season is to accept nominations for whole teams only, not individual players.

IMPORTANT NOTE: HRBA will only accept team registrations with a nominated coach and team manager.  Please consider these roles when you register (either as a senior player or as a parent of a junior player).  If you would like to request an exemption with regards to playing in a different grade or uniform variations please click here to email the Club.
 

NEW PLAYERS
Looking to join the Panthers tribe?  Please email our Club Registrar at registrar@panthersbasketball.com.au with your name, date of birth, and contact details.  Any available spaces will be filled on a first-in basis.  Please note this includes players who have only played for Panthers in the winter season

What is priority registration?  Panthers values our community and an inclusive approach to community sport.  In response to member feedback and to provide clarity on our player placement policy - we have updated our by-laws and guidelines.  Returning players who register by the advertised priorty registration each season will be given priority when teams are allocated.  Those who register after this date will be placed on teams with consideration to age, experience, friend groups and date of registration but not necessarily before the placement of a new player.
